Reporter Erin Andrew’s breach of privacy lawsuit stemming from convicted stalker’s conduct while she stayed in Nashville hotel. The stalker secretly filmed her undressing and released the video on the Internet.

Curb Records v. Samual T. McGraw, Docket No. 11-0631-IV, in Davidson County Chancery Court. November 30, 2011 decision in which Chancellor Russell Perkins of Davidson County Chancery Court ruled that Tim McGraw could not be prevented from recording with a recording company other than Curb Records.
